Gary W. Morgan
Radio Personality, Journalist, News Anchor, Author, Reporter, Editor, Actor, Politician, Factory Worker, Cafe Cook, and Internet Entrepreneur.

During a professional communications industry career that started in 1967, Gary Morgan has been a Newspaper Editor, Printing & Publishing Business General Manager, Radio Dee-Jay, News Director, Station Manager, and, half of  a successful daily radio program called MICHAELS & MORGAN with J.D. Michaels (Morgan insists it was called MORGAN & Michaels).  For a brief time, in the Year 2000, Morgan was also a politician.

Part of his career has taken him into courtrooms, government meetings, community events and businesses to report on the events and activities going on there.  He has reported on murder cases and trials, state politics and government, as well as local and county government, school district matters and federal government activities.

GARY MORGAN has held thousands of on-air conversations with Governors, Attorneys General, State and U.S. Senators, Congressional Representatives, Wisconsin Assembly Representatives, State and Federal Agency Heads, Local and State Charitable and Nonprofit Organization leaders, Entertainers, Authors, and other Newsmakers and Interesting People.

At the end of May, 2000, Gary Morgan resigned his radio news anchor - interviewer - reporter career to devote full-time to running for a State Assembly seat.  Many interviewees. politicians, business people, as well as others, suggested he was ideal to represent the adjoining assembly district that he had grown up in.  However, the Primary Voters placed the young woman who ran opposite him in the Primary on the General Election ballot instead.  She went on to narrowly lose the seat held by her Party for decades, to her opponent.  But, all of that, is another story.

Losing the Primary Battle taught Morgan some lessons about politics, politicians, and life, that he would rather not have learned.  But, the adventure of the endeavor, is something he would not have experienced, if he would not have tried.  He knew going in, that losing was one of the options, but, he also knew that, if he had not jumped into the fray, he would regret not doing so the rest of his life. When the incumbent retired, the time was at hand to give it his best shot, and, he did, but, now, it was time to move on.

In 2000 Gary Morgan moved into the World of The Internet. Some of the websites that he has been involved in include WebMeUSA.com, Clik2Go.com, Cliksites.com, and a couple of dozen other websites, from Advermagic.com to YaDaHey.com and beyond.

In addition to broadcasting, newspaper and retail careers, which included management positions, Gary Morgan had always been involved in writing, graphic design, and other creative activities.  In the 1960s he often appeared in  high school theatrical productions, well before becoming a part of the radio broadcasting world. He has also performed as a freelance radio/TV commercial announcer and documentary narrator.

All of his interests naturally led Gary to become involved in the Internet as co-founder of the Morbizco Media and Marketing Group, and Magicmedia Internet and Computer Solutions (Magicmedia Communications).  Through Morbizco and Magicmedia he now provides radio productions such as Garytalk, and created WisconsinReport.com and GreatGold.fm - the Classic Hit Oldies internet radio station, among others (see Morbizco.com and magicmedia.us).

Garytalk.com and the other projects he is involved in is a continuation of Gary Morgan's quest to provide entertainment and information for people to enjoy, and perhaps learn something they didn't know before. His hope is that the interviews and information provided will help people better understand topics in the news, and the music will help people enjoy life better than they might not otherwise.

As always, humor may creep in between the lines, because, after all,  information is sometimes easier to take with a spoonful of sugar, as are many other things in life.  Oh, by the way, Gary is currently, officially, retired.  But, perhaps, semi-retired, is more accurate?
